Battery: Effective date: July 01, 2008
· 30-day performance satisfaction guarantee
· 90-day warranty on manufacturing defects
· 50% replacement cost coverage from 90-days to 6-months for internal wiring or defective cells
· All warranties will be voided from pack alteration, improper wiring, disassembly, cosmetic damage, abuse, or accident
· Return shipping costs will vary since not all packs must be returned for warranty reimbursement
Chargers:
Our GT Chargers are guaranteed on material and workmanship for 1-year. The customer may be required to send back a defective charger in the event of a failure, but we will pay for shipping costs if a return is requested.
X Charger are guaranteed on material and workmanship for 90 days. The customer may be required to send back a defective charger in the event of a failure, but we will pay for shipping costs if a return is requested. Picture proof of charger being defective be required to obtain replacement.
